  OMG My husband and I had a wonderful experience today at Audio Nova in Abingdon VA. As we were sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband's name to be called. Here came the nicest lady with her hand out welcoming us. Her name was Chandra Waddy. That instantly made us feel so at ease. She was so informative, patient and kind to us. We felt so good when we left. My husband and I had had a great day and it all started with a beautiful smile and a warm hand shake. Thank you again Chandra and the staff at Audio Nova.

  MY hearing has been going for some time and I decided to do something about as I was tired of missing conversations and asking "Huh" or "What" all the time. Matt not only tested me, but explained what he was doing for each test. I also was pleasantly surprised that the cost of the hearing aides were not quite as expensive as I thought they would be. A fantastic place with friendly and caring people.
