  Worst home care ever they hire unqualified incompetent, uneducated people and send them into peoples homes like they are nurses and don’t even care when they say they’ve told them multiple times not to go to the elderly / vulnerable homes while sick. Don’t call to check to make sure people are actually showing up or if you want a replacement when someone is out. Don’t call or check to see if people are receiving the care they need. Then don’t even follow up on the caregivers when someone passes away. Absolutely horrible. If I could give this company a 0 I would. Please go elsewhere for care if you are a veteran you deserve better for what you did for our country.

  No show for 3 weeks; no calls to advise no one was coming. Super disappointed.

  I'm a veteran and the VA and my self hired this company. The staff that comes to my home do a good job, but the office staff and management can not get the concept of a schedule for the client. You would think if the person that is paying you or the company, that person could be better at there job to make the client happy. If someone doesn't show up for there scheduled shift, management can't find a replacement for staffing. If one of the managers going on vacation they will not follow up with you, or they can't fix a situation. I have been with out a caregiver for over 9 days now due to scheduling or a personnel problem. Maybe if you live in a city its better for staffing replacement. Remember I'm the veteran, I'm the client, this company works for me not the other way around.

  We had Megan she was dressed appropriately she worked hard unfortunately we had a issue with our schedule however we recommend this company, we tried another company no name horrible, and as a veteran we recommend this company overall

  Not only did they pick the right hospice helper for us, but they also were quick, efficient and helpful toward my dad’s care. Melissa is the best and so is Melissa!!! They’re are two of them!
