They had a pretty comfortable waiting room. Once we went back to see the doctor the room was also very nice with a big window. Aswell as some good music playing it was a little quiet. Although I will say the wait for the doctor was dreadfully long. But he did explain everything clearly once he arrived.

Words cannot describe even nearly as close to what I feel about this place, all the Dr’s, hygienist, assistants, receptionists, etc. I have been beyond blown away by this amazing freaking location. And sadly I was almost not going to give “Young Family Dental” another chance after a few not so great experiences but this time was different and I’m glad I was able to trust them. These guys are THE ONLY ONES who would accept my insurance in full. I had to have 4 crowns, 4 teeth pulled one of them being a wisdom, multipule fillings, and bridges for implants as being diabetic and on medications that are killing my teeth. 😭 they took me when no one else would, and not only that they took an ENTIRE DAY 7 hours in a dental chair to get as much done in a day as possible so I don’t have to go a lot more then I need to. They even switched off drs to give each other breaks all simply because I was in way to much pain and needed help right away. They truly cared about me, we laughed all day long and had good conversations because their staff there ALL OF THEM treat you like you’ve been friends with them for years. I’m truly blessed and great ful I have a new dentist, well a few new dentist at this ONE location I will go to until I can’t anymore.
Young Family Dental.
After the worst few weeks of mine and my fiancés life, literally. You guys finally got me to smile, laugh, socialize and feel extremely safe and comfortable and proved I CAN rely on you for my dental needs.
This place deserves to be honored in some type of way. You just don’t find practices like I have found this one often.
Beware of Prior Authorization Requirements
I have taken my mom to this office for years, and while the providers have always been wonderful, our recent experience with the billing department was very disappointing.
My mom is retired and has a limited income, so we rely on the cost estimates provided by the office when deciding whether she can afford a service. Unfortunately, we were given estimates without being informed that prior authorization may have been required. When we asked about it, we were told that Delta Dental had never required prior authorization in the past, so the office did not believe it was necessary.
The claim was ultimately denied by the insurance company, leaving us responsible for an unexpected expense. What was most frustrating was that the office did not take responsibility for verifying the current insurance requirements before the service was provided.
I understand that insurance policies and requirements can change, but I believe it is reasonable to expect a dental office to verify coverage and authorization requirements when providing a cost estimate—especially when patients are making financial decisions based on the information provided by the office.
The providers themselves have been great, but I strongly recommend confirming directly with your insurance company whether prior authorization is required before receiving services, rather than relying solely on the billing department's verification.

Absolutely the worst experience with teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. Painful procedure by the dental assistant. The dentist was pleasant as always, but I’ve asked the receptionist to never put that dental assistant with me, again!
