  My experience has been a series of frustrating miscommunications from the start. My original appointment was rescheduled to 3pm due to the dentist's availability, then the office called me the morning of to come in early due to a cancellation. When I called that morning, I requested laughing gas and was told it would be noted — but when I arrived, no one had any record of it. I came in expecting a cleaning, only to be told once seated that it was actually scheduled for fillings, with no hygienist available. They adjusted on the fly to do a partial cleaning alongside the fillings, but I left with composite residue on several surrounding teeth. My mouth felt worse leaving than when I arrived. The one bright spot: the team re-numbed me as needed when the initial anesthetic wasn't sufficient. I returned for the final filling and crown, and when the dentist finished the work, he walked out of the room without a word. Within 3–4 hours, the crown fell out. I called immediately to be seen and was told I'd have to wait until the following morning — despite Google listing the office as open until 6pm. Apparently the dentist was already leaving by 5pm. To make matters worse, no one has mentioned next steps for a permanent crown — no timeline, no scheduled follow-up, nothing. For a procedure that isn't finished, that's an unacceptable gap in communication.

  Very easy appointment! Jackie was great! Quick, easy, and nice. After a bad experience somewhere else this was stress free and a way better experience. Will be back here again, thanks!

  Young Dental was incredible. So professional and clean and so kind and empathetic. The communicate very clearly and very positively and in a very compassionate manner. I will always use this dental office for me and my family. They are top notch for sure, beyond all measure! Thank you so much for your fantastic care of my dental needs! You are the very best!

  I have had nothing but great experiences with Young family dental! I’ve had a full check up and two old fillings repaired. I needed one crown. Emily took great care of me and Dr. Workman was awesome! I highly recommend them!
