  These reviews can't be real lmao no way these are either friends or bots. This place is a chain store they are concerned of up selling the customer on bs lenses they don't need and Prada frames they don't need. You spend more time in the chair dealing with these sales reps than you do with that actually optometrist. Sales reps should not give medical advice if the lenses hurt your eyes take them off. They make you jump through hoops to get your "30day happiness guaranteed " promise so automatically they are false advertising that. Next time just do a charge back and bring them back the frames. Don't wear lenses that hurt you you could damage your eyes permanently and Iris the manager thinks she's a doctor she is not. I'm m shocked this place hasn't been sued specifically the manager.

  LensCrafters in West Jordan are the best. If you want average service stay with the other guys ? If you want GREAT service go to LensCrafters they will not disappoint. Thomas B

  Drove all the way from Tooele, in traffic (about an hour away) to pick up glasses. In the last year (2025,2026,) we have bought 7 pairs of glasses. When we arrived, I asked to use the bathroom and was denied. Excuse me? We spent over $800 on glasses and they can't let me use the bathroom? Go to Old Navy they said. After the bathroom conversation, I asked if they could adjust my glasses, I was asked, did you buy your glasses here? Does she need a receipt too? I also think my script might be off because I've been suffering from dizziness. But I'll be damned if I waste my breath on these people. Terrible.

  Mitchelle was absolutely the best associate you have. A year ago was a disaster and I almost didn't come back. I'm so glad I did. Mitchelle was kind, my current glasses were so tight that I have to get medical attention to the skin on my nose pads. She was empathetic, knowledgeable and explained why they eere do tight, and that I needed a specific size for the bridge. She helped me pick a pair and had me wear them to see if they were too tight. She was amazing and was smarter than ai. I used ai to see if they looked better than another pair. She advised the same thing as ai. It was like having a friend with me not a sales associate. She helped with the current glasses and resized them. Then helped me with the new ones, it was fun. I had fun because she was so good at her job. Mitchelle, should be a senior manager. I am so grateful she helped me. Thank You, Greta Thalman
