- JBjeff barberMay 5, 20261.0Unprofessional, I let them know three times that my daughter‘s glasses were very special and they assured me they’d be made correctly after that we waited for the glasses to come in. They came in wrong. They had to re-order. After waiting extra time first pair came OK and the second pair still had issues. We are still waiting for the second pair, was assured again by the manager that they would be done correctly, still waiting. We’re now on months instead of weeks and unfortunately, they still don’t know how to correctly make the glasses so we ended up having to go somewhere else after waiting several times for the manager to get back to us. He then verbally said he would contact me on Monday, with no surprise, they did not contact me. Tuesday came around and the assistant manager finally contacted me at 1:30 PM and unfortunately the glasses are still not done yet. I had to cancel my order because my daughter needs her glasses to see and they obviously don’t care.
