- GTGreta Thalman2 days ago5.0Mitchelle was absolutely the best associate you have. A year ago was a disaster and I almost didn't come back. I'm so glad I did. Mitchelle was kind, my current glasses were so tight that I have to get medical attention to the skin on my nose pads. She was empathetic, knowledgeable and explained why they eere do tight, and that I needed a specific size for the bridge. She helped me pick a pair and had me wear them to see if they were too tight. She was amazing and was smarter than ai. I used ai to see if they looked better than another pair. She advised the same thing as ai. It was like having a friend with me not a sales associate. She helped with the current glasses and resized them. Then helped me with the new ones, it was fun. I had fun because she was so good at her job. Mitchelle, should be a senior manager. Iris was especially helpful in helping me find the right glasses. She genuinely cared for the fit of the glasses and longevity of my eyes. No one pressured me into anything and it was a stress-free environment. I would highly recommend LensCrafters (especially this location) to anyone needing an eye exam, glasses, or contacts!
