  I wasn't going to write a review because the staff is nice and the instructors are talented, especially Kenna. But after 11 months paying $160 a month, I have come to realize the owners don't care about the clients. I like the Friday 11 am class with Kenna but last month, I made a mistake and booked the wrong class. When I showed up, there was no room for me. Yes, I made a mistake so I asked if I could make up the class 2 weeks from then and was told no. It wasn't going to hurt their bottom line and I felt like they didn't care about me, so I decided to continue my fitness elsewhere. I had to give 30 days notice. I booked all the classes for my last month at the beginning of the month. I received confirmation emails of my bookings. An hour before my last booked class today, I got a pop up message on my phone saying it was time to check in for the class. After driving 25 minutes to get there, they told me they deleted me and I couldn't take the class I had already booked and paid for. Just a very insensitive way to do business!

  I came from PG club Pilates! I loved it there but here not so much. I have just had so many problems. The first... it stinks. Honestly they need to get better fans going or open the door! I have never been to a club Pilates that I literally had to hold my breath because it was so bad. Yes, I did tell them many times when I came in. I started to not come in because I couldn't handle the smell some days. Also, be aware that if you want to cancel they will make you pay another month before you can cancel. This is something they don't tell you. I'm not upset but, I do think people should know about this. I canceled because I started going to yoga for my back the Pilates was to hard on it. They did make a really big deal and demanded a doctors note. It was fine because I wasn't lying and able to provide one. It's just the attitudes that I got about it. The girls at this club Pilates are not the most Pleasant to be around. I'm really sad to go because I loved the PG location. But, honestly even when I start to feel better I won't be back. They made this process extremely difficult and their attitudes suck. But, I did hear you can go to summit for Pilates for $99 instead of $220! So, try that option before this one. It's a better place with kinder people.

  Club Pilates Green springs has great instructors and has been a great asset to my health! 💕💕💕 80’s week was a blast 💥

  The classes are good, but selling memberships must have been the #1 priority as it is almost impossible to get in a class unless you book 5-7 days in advance. There is an app to book classes, which is convenient when there are actually classes available to choose from. For those who can not schedule in advance you are left on the waitlist and may get into a beginner class here and there. Not worth the price when all the classes are full days in advance. They either need to add quite a few more classes or cap their membership so those members paying $160+ per month can get into classes.

  Love this place. The studio is extremely clean and has everything you could ever want in a pilates studio. The instructors know how to keep your brain working so your not focused on the pain you're feeling from the awesome workouts. 🙂 The introductory class is great because the instructor takes time to explain how everything works and answer all your questions. If you're thinking about signing up, do it! You'll love it.
