He knows how to make his clients comfortable and meet their needs. Craig is the owner and has been in the industry for years. He could send a rep out to meet with new clients but he doesn’t, it’s him, the real deal. He does everything to ensure his clients receive the best care possible and doesn’t rest until they do. Then there is Wendy. If you get a chance to talk with her in the office, you won’t talk to a kinder person. She makes sure things run smoothly and helps Craig keep it everything in line. I could go on about how wonderful his staff is and that is what really makes a company that provides these kinds of services, exceptional. This group is just that: exceptional. I highly recommend them whenever I have friends or family where someone is in need of caregiver help at home.
