At Southern Utah Spine & Rehabilitation, our doctors and physical therapists work together to provide conservative care and helping patients avoid surgery whenever possible. By coordinating care between our physical therapists and doctors, who are located in the same office, we can closely monitor treatment and make adjustments to the treatment plan in a timely manner. We are able to provide services including spinal decompression, which reduces pressure of a herniated disc, lumbar stabilization, gait training therapy and neuromuscular re-education. We can also assist in post-surgery recovery when surgery is the best or only option and provide services for auto accidents and worker comp injuries.
