- JJJenJun 19, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hobble Creek Dental and will not be returning. I signed up for their membership plan believing it would help make dental care more affordable. After receiving treatment and comparing prices with several other dental offices, I discovered that my husband was charged nearly $1,600 for a crown. Multiple offices I contacted quoted significantly lower prices, with many averaging around $900 for a similar procedure. As a patient, that left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Beyond the cost concerns, the overall customer experience was underwhelming. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and I never felt valued as a patient. We paid our bills on time and expected transparency, fair pricing, and professional service in return. Dental work is expensive enough without patients feeling like they have to question whether they are being charged fairly. Unfortunately, this experience left us with very little trust in the practice. I cannot recommend Hobble Creek Dental based on our experience and will be taking our business elsewhere.

- EBemily brueningMay 5, 20262.0I had 3 fillings filled with Dr. Pratt and it was a terrible experience. My bite was completely messed up afterward and my mouth was in pain all night. I had to go back the next day, and I waited for 30 minutes to be seen. I told him about my frustrations and pain and all he was not sympathetic and never apologized for inconveniencing me and the fact that I had to come back in. He did not seem to care. I will not be returning to this office.

She answered all the questions we had and did an excellent job cleaning his teeth. This woman’s energy could inspire millions to floss regularly.
