  TJ takes the education 10 times the mile to learn all the muscles and bones of the whole body and she does an extremely awesome job on body therapy. I have been working on my muscles with her since 2018 and she has helped me so much on relieving my body pain. No one else does massage therapy like her because of all the education she takes so much further than all other therapists. I highly recommend her. It is very rare to find a person who does this amazing job on massages. Thank you TJ!

  This last summer I was in an accident where I broke my pelvis, sacrum, and a compression fracture of my L1 vertebrae. I have had many people help me in this healing process. I was put back together by the surgeon. After many weeks, I began physical therapy and first walked again in a pool. I have been going to TJ for several weeks now. Some of the things we have accomplished are getting several groups of muscles to start firing. I can now walk without a cane or crutches. The day we got the muscles in my pelvic floor to engage I felt an immediate difference so it no longer hurts to stand. Each time I go I can move a little better and I hurt less. I'm so grateful she was recommended to me.

  I had a TMJ problem for nearly a month and could barely eat. Even when I could there was a lot of pain. After my visit my jaw was much better and by the 2nd visit I was back to normal. I highly recommend Wellness Warrior.

  TJ is so knowledgeable and kind. I got a massage from her, it was refreshing and healing. Never felt better!
