  The team at Progressive Eye Care made all the difference for me. I spent years navigating a complex chronic illness without any alleviation of my symptoms. From day one, Dr. Broadhead and Dr. Hope listened attentively to my concerns and helped me find real solutions instead of bandaids. It is clear they deeply care about their patients and have the expertise to truly intervene. A special shoutout as well to the front desk staff and technicians, who are always professional and personable. Thank you!

  Took my daughter here and as you know any visits for your kids, you want to make the most comfortable and not traumatizing. They scanned her eyes 15-20 different times (not exaggerating). The guy helping her was inexperienced and afraid to ask for help so he kept having her reposition and she felt very uncomfortable. Her appointment was over TWO HOURS long, and we were given options that insurance didn’t even cover which wasted so much time going over. Don’t you think we would go over options the insurance covered first, and then look at alternate options? Doesn’t really make sense the process that they did. Very unorganized and definitely will not be back. Thanks for making my kid hate the eye doctor now.

  Such a positive experience from start to finish. I loved being able to schedule online, the front staff is so nice and helpful, the doctors are great and helped catch a major medical issue I didn't know I had, and then the people who help you find glasses are patient and helpful too. I especially appreciate Niurka at the front desk for helping follow up on a referral and then calling me back to let me know it was in for peace of mind. Would recommend this place!

  I thought everyone was cool. Spencer did a great job at answering my questions and doing my initial exam and then Dr. Hope was pretty thorough although I would have liked to get documentation of my analysis. But I didn’t request it so I will need to follow up. And Rocio was fun to talk with and patient as we discussed my style of frames. But I was a little confused when I showed her my black frames and the frames I picked out were the closest style to mine yet they are in a brown sort of Leopard print and I’m hoping she didn’t assume that’s the frames I wanted. Because as we sat there, she popped out the lenses in those frames and I believe she submitted them to have them as my new pair of glasses. So I’ll have to check with them about that as well. And when I get my new glasses, I’ll probably get back up on this page and do another review hopefully with a five star.

  Third visit here Front desk girls where not the friendliest Telling me they can’t find my insurance Acting like since they can’t find it that I’m not supposed to be here However, the technician I saw before seeing the doctor was amazing Waited about 25 minutes after 2 eye test (looking at the hot air balloon and the eye pressure test) before seeing the doctor Dr Hope was pretty cool Dilated eyes so waited another 15 minutes
