- RHRalph HousemanMay 24, 20264.0Good experience, I bought 4 pairs of glasses. I do this every few years. My usual optometrist doesn’t take my insurance. So I took a chance on this company. My first concussion was that this place is a franchise because of the amount of Doctors running around the place. Here nor there, my experience was pretty good. Dr. Hope try’s to crack stupid jokes, not surprising for his age. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly! (I liked him) I’m very standoffish to new doctors! The sales person, how name escapes me at the moment was the icing on the cake! She was so sweet and kind. Literally happy to be around and did her best to make this and enjoyable experience. “Who likes to buy glasses”? Anyway she went through each pair as if it were the first, asking me what I wanted and explaining the difference between each option. Great sales person. I will definitely buy them again. That’s assuming they get the at least half the order correct the first time.
