I repeated myself multiple times because the lady that answered the phone sounded like she didn’t speak English very well. She was getting frustrated and giving me attitude which made it a very unpleasant experience for me I don’t know why they would have somebody who doesn’t speak good enough English answering the phones what a complete joke.
