The good thing about the office are a few doctors like Dr. Garcia, Dr. Jones, and Dr. Adam's. Just dont expect any greetings or smile or care from the front desk

They don’t bill insurance correctly and then make you pay for it. Literally said “oops” to my face. They send you to collections without even a phone call. Been taking my family somewhere else and it’s been eons better. Don’t recommend Copperview at all.

Dealing with medical issues, medications and insurance calls is stressful, confusing and very overwhelming for some individuals. I get information mixed up and have miscommunications sometimes. Have some compassion for people going through hard times and tough things, it would really go a long way.
