- LGLaura GoodmanJun 9, 20265.0My 7-year-old has a cross bite and our dentist recommended we see an orthodontist early. I scheduled consultats two different places to get a couple opinions on treatment. I was surprised that the recommendations were pretty much completely opposite at both places, so I decided to schedule a third consult with Peak. When I called to schedule, I explained my quandary and the receptionist suggested I see Dr. Karras since he has been in practice the longest with the most experience. I really appreciated meeting with him. I asked a lot of questions from two different points of view and he was super patient to answer all questions and give detailed and nuanced explanations and opinions. The office was also really great about not pressuring me to decide immediately. Dr. Karras said outright that there are a lot of good orthodontists in the area and he would recommend choosing the location, pricing and treatment plan that works best for us. We ended up going with a different orthodontist that was in network for our insurance plan, but I'm super grateful for this visit as it helped me understand the treatment options much better, and helped me evaluate other treatment recommendations much better.

From being greeted when you walk in, planning treatments, and actual treatments, they really do treat you like family! You can tell all the techs really love what they do! Thank you guys for taking care of my daughter month after month to help get her teeth where they need to be!! Next will be both my boys! Can't wait for them to come and get to meet all of you and be apart of the Peak Family!!
