I should have come sooner, but the week up to visiting, my feel and back hurt after standing all day. The clerk talked with me and discussed what would help and we tried a few support. They really helped me feel so.mych better, I wish I had not waited so long.

I was really impressed by the sales personnel, the insoles felt great and I thought I was on a good path, but my feet are really hurting now, the system comes with 3 levels of correction for my feet but I feel more discomfort from the lowest level support. Since I have worn orthotics of some sort for most of my life and my feet are extraordinarily difficult to please I am struggling with the system. I am only at day 2 and have had to spend the whole afternoon resting my feet before I dare get on them again and trying the more relaxed supports only seems to compound the problem. I am not ready to throw in the towel but my feet are really mad at me for doing this to them right now. HELP!

I have been in the good feed store several times since I bought the orthotics to begin with. But no one has ever taken care of me the way that krysta did. She was an absolute delight to work with. She remeasured my feet and found that I needed to change the size of my orthotics, she made me feel so welcome and important. I would recommend anybody going to the store that is next to shields and talk with her about your foot needs.

Life Changing for me. I first went to Good Feet 6 years ago with horrible lower back pain. I had tried everything from massage, chiropractor, store inserts and lots of shoes. Nothing worked until Good Feet. When I walked for the first time in the store after they fit me I literally teared up because the pain was gone! Today I returned to the Good Feet store because I had horrible heel pain for the last two weeks. People told me it was plantar fasciitis so I tried exercises, ice & rest, nothing was working. So back to The Good Feet Store I went and once again they made adjustments and I was back pain-free. Thank you, Daniel for your great help.

One of your salespersons sold me $2,024.96 (not including sales tax of $150.86) worth of merchandise. This purchase included three sets of arch supports each valued at $536.51 plus other shoe insert accessories for a total of $1,849.96 and another $175 for a pair of basic sneakers. I questioned the necessity of all this merchandise many times whilst in the store, and she kept telling me I needed all this merchandise. Moreover, the shoes purchased & sized buy this salesperson are too wide letting my feet slide side to side. The shoes are way too big, wide and bulky. I am 83 years old and cannot walk or drive in these shoes which makes them dangerous and easy to fall and potentially get in a car accident. Because I live in Hurricane, Utah and the store is in Sandy, Utah (over 300 miles from this store), I called and expressed my concern. And I was told they would send me return information. I never received any return information. Lastly, the return policy states I have 90 days to work with the store to receive necessary "adjustments" to shoes and inserts before receiving a refund. And again, because of the distance, this is impossible to do. All that said, I plan on returning all the merchandise except for the one pair of inserts and the sleeve that the salesperson placed on them.
