I went in prepared to purchase their product as I was desperate for solutions to the years of pain throughout my feet, legs etc... I explained to Craig my issues, showed him my feet and directed asked if he could help me. His answer was a positive one for me and I asked him to fix me up that I had already spent thousands on my feet, several operations and they medical field wants to do more, I'm not letting them! Craig informed me that he did need to educate me on how to use the inserts to not just to my advantage but to help me in the best way possible. The technology in the inserts is phenomenal, just like Craig was in educating me and providing me with what, after 3 days of wearing, have taken away my foot pain and the other aches have diminished. A shout out to Craig as he took over 2 hours teaching me and answered all of my questions and always a great, happy disposition. Thanks also to the fine lady who took my call at the home office. Very kind and personable.
