  I have been coming to Pure Barre in Sandy for almost three years now and have loved every single class. Truly! The atmosphere is so positive and the staff are so friendly. It’s been a safe and happy place for me to come and work out as well as make some great friends in the process.

  The staff and instructors at this facility are phenomenal! They want you to succeed and be your greatest self, so kind and passionate about what they do. I enjoy a balance of going to the gym, Pilates, BARRE, and BARRE pulls all the components together for a complete workout that kicks it up a notch. After each class I always feel amazing and energetic even if during class I’m sweating. I really feel a difference in my body and can see changes in the mirror 😍

  I absolutely love this place. I always walk out of here feeling like I can conquer the world. The instructors are super nice and amazing, and they are really good about refunding your credits if you miss them. The only thing that would make this place even better is if they had a punch card program, where you can buy class bundles instead of a monthly membership fee.

  Pure Barre brings you the lift, tone and burn you have been dreaming of…all wrapped up in great music, amazing instructors and a low-impact class structure that will keep your heart pumping the full 50 minutes!! In my opinion, Pure Barre is hands-down, the BEST work out! I say that because it is super challenging no matter how many classes you’ve taken. Pure Barre is a hybrid between barre and Pilates, with a little yoga stretching thrown in. Anyone who has done Pilates, typical barre classes or Yoga knows these are not easy class formats and Pure Barre magically brings them all together in a fun, effective and super challenging way. I have to point out as well that Pure Barre is a no judgement zone!!! It’s just you, the music, the queues from the instructor and your own mind-body connection all while in a room full of like-minded, friendly people. Who can beat that?! :) If you can find the shake every class (whether you’ve taken 1 or 1,000 classes) you know you’re doing it right and the changes you want to see in your body are happening…one pulse and tuck at a time.
