And this happened because they decided to double book the appointment after me. Extremely unprofessional!

When I walked into the store, the employees were more interested in talking to each other and chatting about nothing than they were to helping me. They didn’t even acknowledge my existence for about five minutes. All they did was hand me my glasses. Basically they were more interested in me leaving than making sure that my glasses were fitted properly. I walked around the mall for a little bit but realized that my glasses were not fitted well. I went back and she begrudgingly bent them with her hands to make them fit better on my face. All in all a very poor experience at this LensCrafters, I’ll never go back again. Their claims about the cost are absolutely incorrect. I think I paid more with having insurance than their claim about not having insurance. I should’ve gone to Costco.

Immediately told us to stay in the mens section. That we couldn’t look at the womens frames. I’ve purchased from LensCrafters before and I’ve never had a discriminatory experience until today. I am extremely upset and will not be doing business with this company ever again.
