They are terrible when you want to cancel. They keep changing their rules.

The BEST instructors. Every class is different, 5x a week & it’s never boring! The gift of movement & grounding is something everyone deserves.

I had back surgery 2.5 years ago. Since then, I've managed discomfort and residual pain with cortisone injections and light exercise, but the pain is still frequent and sometimes very uncomfortable. During my annual appointment with my surgeon, he asked what I was doing for exercise and asked if I was doing any yoga or Pilates. When I answered no, but my wife goes to Pilates every week, he said, "Your prescription is to start going to Pilates with her.". I took an intro class on Halloween and I'm kicking myself for not doing this earlier. For anyone out there, particularly men, that have thought about this but then pushed it out of your mind, stop delaying. I'm not cured, but I feel like this regimen is definitely helping. The instructors are excellent and are very in tune with what limitations every class member might be dealing with (because they ask...every time) and help adjust your movements/exercises to ensure you don't injure yourself. Go try a free intro class. It's awesome.
January will by my 3rd year at Sandy Club Pilates. I’ll admit, early years before the business was poorly run by the old owner but the incredible instructors and love of each Pilates class is what kept me going. This studio recently is under new management and a new owner, both are amazing people that share the same love of Pilates and community as the clients. Club Pilates is a place I’ve felt welcome in every class. I missed Pilates during the first shut down, and how excited I was to return to see familiar faces and get a great workout, they studio is insanely clean, masks are warn by EVERYONE and distance is required. Note: the Sandy Club Pilates words above are coming from an asthmatic, allergy ridden, high risk, non-perfect body, diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hereditary connective tissue disorder) that never worked out regularly. This place has changed my life.Trust me you’ll love it!

I’ve been doing Pilates for over a year now, and I had invited some friends to meet me at this studio that I have been to once before, when the instructor learned they haven’t done Pilates before, and assumed myself included, she treated us like we weren’t good enough to be there. The instructor seemed bothered that she had to tell/show my friends how to do some of the moves. Her main focus was on the other participants that were members there. I was embarrassed I recommended this place to friends who I was trying to introduce Pilates to.
