  Firstly..staff was so amazing and kind and made the experience as pleasant as possible. All on four, all on X is the absolute best and I am so happy with the final results after many years of discomfort and pain. Thank you Salt Lake Dental! Y'all are the best.

  My son had what I thought was an abscessed tooth while on vacation in Salt Lake City over the weekend so we used this emergency dental. The visit started off with them telling me they couldn’t confirm my insurance so I showed them my online explanation of benefits and they refused to take and and said they would reach out to my insurance and reimburse me. So I pay the 141 to be seen. Then they are getting X-rays on my son and they keep missing. The kid had to try about 10 times and I asked for someone else to do them and that person didn’t even get the teeth in the image. They finally determined he had an infected tooth that needed to be pulled. They tell me it’s going to cost 546 dollars and if I don’t pay they won’t treat so I pay it. The dentist comes in and numbs and when it’s time to pull he checks to see if it’s numb. My son says he doesn’t feel anything and they start pulling. Suddenly my son starts screaming in pain saying it hurts. I asked the dentist to stop and re numb it twice, TWICE. And he refused. My son is 6 years old. He had two teeth pulled previously for his adult teeth growing in behind his baby teeth and didn’t cry once. I am extremely dissatisfied. I payed 546 dollars for them to traumatize my son and not numb his tooth. I will never bring my son to this dentist or recommend it to anyone

  Melanie and Heather were very polite over the phone and in person. Sophia and Dr.Yos are an awesome duo. I got my tooth fixed quickly and would definitely come back here again. I was grateful that I was able to book an appointment while in the area.
