  Whoever reads this, please heed my warning. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! I had a very disappointing experience with SALT LAKE DENTAL, and I would strongly recommend asking very specific questions about their fees before scheduling an appointment. So, the backstory is this: I might need to have a crown re-done, and I wanted to shop around for a second opinion. So I called around to several different dental offices, including SALT LAKE DENTAL. There were many offices that wanted to charge me for a second opinion, but I decided not to schedule appointments with them because there were several offices I spoke with that did not want to charge me for a second opinion. When I talked to the receptionist who scheduled my appointment at SALT LAKE DENTAL, I was told that they would need to charge my credit card a $60 REFUNDABLE fee, which was essentially to make sure I showed up to my appointment. I was told that once I showed up, I would be refunded the $60. I remember specifically asking the person I spoke with on the phone to assure me that the $60 was refundable, and I was assured multiple times that it was and that it was simply to make sure I kept my appointment. So today was my appointment, and I arrived on time. As I was being checked in, I once again asked about the $60 fee that I had been told was refundable. At that point, I was told that it was NOT refundable and that it went toward the cost of my copay. Look, I know what I was told on the phone. And as I already mentioned, I would not have scheduled an appointment with a dental office that wanted to charge me for a second opinion when so many others wouldn't. At this point, I canceled my appointment and asked for a refund. I was then told that it would take nearly a month for them to refund my money. From my perspective, the way this was handled was extremely misleading. I was told before making the appointment that the $60 was refundable, showed up for the appointment as instructed, and was then told something completely different about what would happen to that $60. I drove all the way out there for nothing and completely wasted my time, only to have to cancel the appointment because the terms were not what I was told they would be. And now, on top of wasting my time and gas, I'm going to have to pay interest on the $60 they charged to my credit card for the entire month it takes them to refund my money. The worst part was the receptionist's attitude. She came across as extremely snarky and argumentative instead of trying to understand why I was annoyed about being told two completely different things about the fee. I was very frustrated by the way the situation was handled, particularly the attitude I received from the receptionist. I left feeling like my time and my concerns were not respected. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dental needs.

  Selena is absolutely amazing! She is professional, friendly, incredibly thorough, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit in the chair. She has such a great personality and does an outstanding job explaining everything along the way. You can tell Selena truly cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. She somehow manages to make a dental cleaning an actually enjoyable experience, which is no small accomplishment! My teeth felt absolutely fantastic afterward. If you have the opportunity to have Selena as your hygienist, you’re in great hands. She deserves all the praise and then some! -Alfredo & Family.

  Dr Nate and his team of dental professionals Lexi, Sophia, Jaime, Carolynn and more have helped change my life. I avoided dentists for years and payed the price by needing to have everything pulled and replaced. Everything was well explained and taken care of. I still have personal anxiety for every visit but they have been more than kind and professional. The work seems expensive but comparing it to other practices and the extra time spent including getting one more set of temps at no cost to make it perfect is above and beyond. I couldn’t imagine having something so important done elsewhere. My only regret is not having it done sooner. Thank you!
