  My husband and I bought glasses. We didn't get to see what the cost or discounts were before being asked to pay. I asked and was told it would be on the receipt. When I reviewed the receipts the discounts applied (30% off frames, 50% off lenses) didn't match those advertised (40% off both). This resulted in my husband paying $50 more than the discount advertised. Additionally, the (incorrect) discount that was applied to my glasses was applied incorrectly resulting in me being charged an additional $15 more than my husband. I had left the store when I realized the issue with my receipt, I had already left the store and couldn't return. When I contacted the store the solution was to return when the asst manager was present. I find lenscrafters pricing and lens selection process deliberately opaque and shady. This is the second time I have dealt with issues from the store. The last time the salesperson was selecting premium lens options without telling or asking me. I had to ask to find out what selections were applied and ask them to be removed because I didn't want or need them. Additionally when I went to pick up my last pair they left the plastic temporary lens in which I didn't realize until I had left the store and I had to return to get them to put my actual prescription lens in.

  I’ve been using glasses since I was a kid so I’m depending on them at all times. Today I stepped on my glasses and I freak out without knowing what to do. I looked up this store, saw a review about a frame being repaired in minutes and immediately went over there only to discover it was completely true! Ethan fixed my glasses in 5 minutes and I couldn’t be more happier and thankful

  Just left the store and I've gotta say it was an overall awesome experience through the entire process! Sean was amazing and extremely knowledgeable on all products and questions I had and was super patent and didn't make me feel pressured that relieved my anxiety immensely. All staff were amazing as well as beautiful store and selections so I definitely would recommend!

  Have you ever put something off for months that you know is going to take less than 20 minutes? Scott made sure that all the adjustments I needed for my sunglasses were taken care of in less than 15 and he was very easy to work with.

  I want to shout out Scott. He was patient, helpful and made my experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated his attention to detail and in depth explanations. He was also great at knowing when to step in and when to let me shop around. I learned a lot today and it is because of his stellar service that I am walking away better informed. I am confident that the frames/lenses I ended up with will serve me well and he helped make that happen.
