We only needed to pick up glasses, which took 2 whole minutes. Lindsey, the manager, works extremely slowly and didn’t acknowledge any of the 3 groups waiting in line behind the counter until she was done with her current client. Heidi was working with the same couple the entire 20 minutes we were waiting. Come for Ion vision in the back. Skip the Lens Crafters.

Through some AI research it suggested I try LenCrafters to just get new FRAMES that fit my existing lenses. So drove over to LensCrafters Fashion Place. Justin asked me to come over as I walked in and 30 minutes later I walked out with my lenses popped in new frames. It was an AWESOME experience and Justin was great to work with. As well they accepted our VSP insurance so the out of pocket was minor. The best thing is from realizing they were broken to back in action was < 3 hours... and at a great price.
