She understood the prescription implications and was able to recommend a frame that would handle the lense thickness. She also knew how to work well with the insurance and got me the best deal on two new frames and a new set of lenses for a frame I came in with.

The guy at the store was able to fix one of the pair using the others parts and truly helped me out, especially cause contacts don’t work well for me. He didn’t charge me either.
