  Right upon walk in, everyone was very friendly and welcoming! My class had a substitute instructor, and I think they did amazing! I’ve never gotten to participate in a formal yoga class before - So having my first experience set the bar so high was wonderful! Will definitely be coming again soon ◡̈

  We went to Nats sculpt class and i LOVED it, it was unique and creative while still doing things that aren’t too complicated or can risk my form. She’s amazing and cued everything up perfect. The music hyped me up just when i needed It. It was my first class back in a while and it couldn’t have been better!

  Core yoga is great. Highland not my favorite studio. It is too small

  Can’t beat Core Power in Salt Lake City. Best teachers and variety. Plenty of people with great energy to share the studio with. Best in class!
