I love the classes and the instructors. What I don’t like is doing yoga next to someone who is obviously sick with a cold and getting the rest of us sick. Please stay home if you’re sick.

Right upon walk in, everyone was very friendly and welcoming! My class had a substitute instructor, and I think they did amazing! I’ve never gotten to participate in a formal yoga class before - So having my first experience set the bar so high was wonderful! Will definitely be coming again soon ◡̈

We went to Nats sculpt class and i LOVED it, it was unique and creative while still doing things that aren’t too complicated or can risk my form. She’s amazing and cued everything up perfect. The music hyped me up just when i needed It. It was my first class back in a while and it couldn’t have been better!
