  Highlight of my week!! Such good workouts. Love the yoga sculpts.The instructors create such a welcoming and motivating environment while still challenging you to push beyond what you think you're capable of.

  Building layout is great and rooms are big compared to other SLC locations. Inside areas are more spaced out which helps with congestion between classes. Building entryway and location is a bit unusual but the space is bright and inviting. Parking lot is usually full and annoying to find parking. Floors and rooms are cleaned well between classes. This is my favorite SLC Corepower location.

  Such a good place to get a good workout and also relax. I love the hot yoga there and they have amazing facilities where you can shower and take care of yourself after they even provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with lotion. Such an amazing place. I can't say enough good things about it.

  Hot take.... at the risk of sounding, like a out of touch geriatric millennial.... If you are looking for somewhere for a mindfulness practice, keeping looking elsewhere friends. I just attended my first core power class in probably 5 years, maybe 6? I got out of work early and this is very close on my way home. I thought I would stop in to squeeze a class in since I wasn't going to be able to make it to my normal studio in sandy in time. Basically for the entirety of the fifteen minutes prior to class, there were loud conversations going on; a dull roar. It felt more like being at a restaurant then a yoga studio. The 2 stars are because the place was clean and the instruction wasn't too bad, though it was difficult to follow at times. Then, during the cool down, there is a conversation going on next to me, while the instructor is still talking. I think I'm being generous by saying there was maybe a 30 second shavasana, before people were screaming and cheering. I am sure I sound like a curmudgeon, but this is definitely not what I'm looking for in my yoga practice these days. Disappointed that I decided to buy a 5 class pack, because now I feel compelled to go back 🙃. Maybe we will try another location next time.
