She raised her voice at me, demanding I explain to her cost discrepancies. Kim embarassed me to the point the other dental assistants apologized for her behavior. As a patient i was extremely offended and embarrassed with the lack of professionalism and lack of respect. She argued with me about something i had been told by another dental assistant, and blamed me. Not sure my family and I will continue to go here which is a shame because Carrol is the best dentist I've had. Without Kim this office deserves 5 stars.
