  My wife and I both go to Brighton Dental. Dr. Wilson and Anna, my hygienist are excellent. Best dental care I have ever. The office staff are always helpful with insurance and billing. Glad we have Brighton as our dental care provider.

  The only reason my husband and I continued coming here was because of Dr. Carol and the dental hygienists, who have always been excellent. Dr. Carol is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and the dental staff is consistently kind, professional, and caring. Unfortunately, the front office experience has been the complete opposite. After nearly 10 years as patients, we are now considering finding a new dentist because of how we have been treated. My husband had a root canal performed here that was done incorrectly and ultimately had to be redone. We were initially told that we would not be responsible for the cost since the issue resulted from their mistake. However, that decision was later reversed, and we ended up paying more than $600. When I asked whether we could arrange a payment plan, I was told, “We are not a bank,” which came across as rude and dismissive. My biggest concern is with the office manager, Kim. She raised her voice at my husband and demanded that I explain cost discrepancies that I did not create. She argued with him over information that had been provided by another staff member and then blamed him for the confusion. The interaction was so unprofessional and embarrassing that other dental assistants later apologized to him for her behavior. As a patient, I was extremely offended by the lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability. It is unfortunate because Dr. Carol and the dental staff deserve recognition for the excellent care they provide. Without the issues caused by the front office, particularly Kim, this office would easily deserve 5 stars. At this point, my family and I are not sure whether we will continue coming here, which is disappointing.

  We always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Carroll and his staff. Anna and Ashley are professionals. They also feel like family. It’s a shame we only visit twice a year. We recommend them to everyone.
