Overall experience has been great. I just had my 3 month check up so I’m not fully healed yet to see my final results. I can’t wait for my 6 months. The staff were amazing during the procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the way they treated me. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and answered any questions I had and continue to have. I’ll update in September for my 6 months.

I had the up-a-cup procedure done June 2025. When the results were not what I promised, I tried to reach them to discuss options, but no one would answer my calls for months. I finally left a review on Yelp and then Staci contacted me and said they wanted to make it right. When I went in for that consultation, I felt that she had no intention of making it right. Here is my follow up review:
I met with Staci and Dr. Alwen after they said they wanted to make it right. Dr. Alwen said that the hard lump of fat in my right breast was a cyst. He said it multiple times. I later went for a mammogram and it is fat necrosis that I will have to have surgically removed. I feel like he knew it wasn't a cyst but he lied to try to cover up his mistake. Why would a large cyst suddenly appear in the exact area where fat was transferred? They asked what they could do to make it right, yet they seem to have no intention to make it right. They got their money and no longer care about me or the poor results I have to live with. There's no way I would allow them to work on me again - especially because of the necrosis (which I have in both breasts). I told them the only way I could see for them to make it right was to give me a full refund, which they flat out refused. In order to fix what they messed up, it will cost me $13,000 to go to a plastic surgeon. I paid AirSculpt over $20,000 for my procedure and I'm worse off now than I was before. My breasts are visibly different in size, so much so that no bra fits me properly. I have less confidence now than I did before. I did everything they told me to do. I followed the post -op instructions to the tee. I was told this was a more natural experience than plastic surgery. I was told I would be awake the entire time. I was told I would keep about 70% of the fat transferred. I was told I could go back to work the next day (it was 4 days before I could go back to work and I was still in a lot of pain). I feel like I was completely mislead and lied to just so they could get another patient. I asked them for all of my medical records and they sent most of them, but not everything. Are they trying to hide something? I believe AirSculpt has no intention of making it right. I hope that my sharing my experience will cause others to think twice or avoid this procedure. I have a medical malpractice law firm looking at my case that are willing to work on a contingency basis, because I believe I was grossly mislead by the AirSculpt team. I believe my experience led to me being disfigured and requiring additional cost, time, pain, loss of work, and emotional distress. In my opinion, the procedure I have should not be done on anyone. Some of the ladies that work at AirSculpt have had the procedure done and say they are happy with it. What happened to Paige? She did my initial interview but then a few months later, she was gone. I never saw her again. Did she have a bad experience with her up-a-cup procedure and leave? Buyer beware.
******RESPONSE TO AIRSCULPT'S REPLY
That’s a very lame response. You keep saying you want to make it right, but you have no intention of doing so. I gave you the opportunity to make it right and you refused. You gave me a bad experience. I don’t believe that you care about me or my challenges. If you did, you would do what you needed to do to make it right. You got my money and now I am left to pay thousands more to repair YOUR mistake. Have Staci call me if you all REALLY want to make things right. She has my number.

Highly recommend AirSculpt and Dr. Fenton.
I had a family member undergo a procedure, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff and nurses made sure we were fully informed and prepared every step of the way, which gave us so much confidence going into it.
The level of care and service was truly remarkable. Dr. Fenton took the time to answer all of my questions, and the follow-up and aftercare exceeded our expectations.
Most importantly, my family member is so happy with her results, and that means everything. I’m incredibly thankful and would absolutely recommend them.
Frequently Asked Questions About AirSculpt - Salt Lake City
What is AirSculpt®?
AirSculpt® is a patented, minimally invasive fat removal procedure that eliminates fat cell by cell through a small entry point without scalpels or stitches. The process also tightens skin, producing smooth, natural results for those seeking body contouring in Salt Lake City.
Is AirSculpt® invasive?
AirSculpt® is minimally invasive and does not require general anesthesia. Patients stay awake during the procedure and typically return to normal activities within 24 to 48 hours, making it a convenient option for busy individuals in Salt Lake City.
Am I a good candidate for AirSculpt®?
If you are over 18 and have stubborn fat that has not responded to diet or exercise, you may be a great candidate. AirSculpt® is commonly used in procedures like Brazilian butt lift in Salt Lake City and for patients pursuing a mommy makeover to restore their pre-pregnancy figure.
How is AirSculpt® different from traditional liposuction?
AirSculpt® uses a precision-based approach that causes less trauma to surrounding tissues. It does not require general anesthesia and has a shorter recovery time than traditional liposuction, which makes it a preferred method for body contouring in Salt Lake City.
How many AirSculpt® treatments are needed per area?
Most patients only need one treatment per area since fat is permanently removed. Many Salt Lake City body contouring patients choose to treat multiple areas in a single session for efficiency.
How long is the downtime or recovery?
Patients typically return to daily activities within 1 to 2 days. A compression garment is worn for about two weeks to support healing and reduce swelling, which is easy to manage for most Salt Lake City lifestyles.
How much does AirSculpt® cost?
Costs vary depending on the area treated and the amount of fat removed. Whether you are considering a mommy makeover or a Brazilian butt lift in Salt Lake City, your provider will offer a custom quote during consultation.
Can I use someone else’s fat for a fat transfer?
No. Fat transfer procedures must use your own natural fat. This is especially important for patients undergoing a Brazilian butt lift in Salt Lake City, where fat is removed from one area and transferred to the buttocks.
How long do I wear a compression garment after fat transfer?
You will wear the garment for 48 hours continuously, then daily for the next two weeks. This helps with swelling and supports proper shaping, especially after body contouring procedures involving fat transfer.
What’s included in a Full Abdominal AirSculpt®?
The full abdominal treatment includes the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and love handles. This is a common option for patients seeking a mommy makeover in Salt Lake City to regain their pre-pregnancy shape.
Can I treat just one area?
Yes. AirSculpt® allows you to treat a single area or combine multiple zones for more comprehensive results. Popular areas include the arms, abdomen, chin, and thighs.
Can I lose my double chin completely?
Many patients see a complete or significant reduction of submental fat. AirSculpt® offers a minimally invasive alternative to chin liposuction in Salt Lake City with a fast recovery and natural-looking results.
How bad is bruising after a chin procedure?
Bruising is usually mild to moderate and fades within one to two weeks. Aftercare instructions are provided to help support a smooth recovery.
How long does a Chin AirSculpt® procedure take?
Chin AirSculpt® typically takes 20 to 40 minutes. It is a quick and convenient procedure for facial body contouring in Salt Lake City.
Do you treat areas above the chin (cheeks, eyelids, etc.)?
No. AirSculpt® is designed specifically for the area under the chin and does not address upper facial zones.
What does Chin AirSculpt® feel like?
Patients describe it as a gentle vibration similar to an electric toothbrush. It is well tolerated and does not require general anesthesia.
Can older adults get AirSculpt®?
Yes. Many older patients in Salt Lake City choose AirSculpt® to remove fat and tighten skin in areas such as the neck, arms, and abdomen without traditional surgery.
How long should I wait to get AirSculpt® after childbirth?
You should wait at least three months after a vaginal delivery and six months after a C-section. This timeline is especially important for patients pursuing a mommy makeover in Salt Lake City.
When should I stop breastfeeding before my procedure?
Breastfeeding may continue up to the day of the procedure, but must be paused afterward until your provider clears you to resume.
What part of the arms are treated with AirSculpt®?
The entire upper arm is treated, from the elbow to the armpit, including underarm and bra roll fat. This is a common target area for body contouring in Salt Lake City.
Is there enough fat in the arms for a transfer?
Arms may yield enough fat for small transfers, such as to the hands, but not typically for a full Brazilian butt lift. Your provider will evaluate this during consultation.
How much fat can be removed from the arms?
The amount depends on your anatomy and goals. Your provider will determine a safe and effective plan during your Salt Lake City consultation.
Does AirSculpt® tighten skin?
Yes. The procedure naturally tightens the skin as fat is removed. For patients needing additional firmness, AirTite, a radio-frequency skin tightening treatment, may be recommended.
How soon will I see results?
Results are visible immediately, with continued improvement over three to six months. Many Salt Lake City patients schedule AirSculpt® in preparation for special events or seasonal transitions.
Can AirSculpt® fix previous liposuction procedures?
Yes. AirSculpt® is often used to correct irregularities or uneven results from past liposuction. It is a precise and effective revision option for patients in Salt Lake City.
