  My husband and I were looking for a dentist close to our home, and initially this seemed perfect. However, after only 6 months, we received a bill in the mail for my routine cleaning for nearly $100. Shocked, I called the insurance and the dentist office to try to work out what had happened, as I've NEVER paid so much for a cleaning. It turns out they had opted to do some extensive x-rays that bumped up the cost significantly. This was frustrating, but we decided sometimes things like this happen. Fast forward just two months later, and we receive a bill for over $100 in the mail after my husband had already paid almost $300 for a root canal in office. Only go here if you're okay consistently being upcharged and receiving surprise bills in the mail. It definitely seems like they haven’t figured out how to accurately bill for services.

  If I could give less than one star rating I would! The billing practices of this office are horrendous. Twice now (once for me and once for my wife) they given an estimate for services, only to magically owe them more money after submitting an inflated bill to my insurance. I am almost certain they are upcoding and unbundling procedure codes both are forms of Insurance Fraud. My suspicion is this is their way of getting more money when working with insurance companies that have gotten them to agree to in-network rates lower than they would prefer. Only go to this office if you are ready to receive a bill one week after services stating you owe over a $100 in addition to what you already paid the previous week.

  Young Family Dental Riverton provides exceptional care. The office is clean, modern, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I'll definitely be returning for my future dental care.
