  Russ made me a pair of orthotics 20+ years ago. Wasn't I pleasantly surprised when I needed to finally replace mine and he is still there and got me all set up with another pair to keep my knees and body in good shape. Great experience 20 years ago and now. Thanks Russ!!

  We couldn't be happier with our experience at Northwest Orthotics. Dr. Branch and the entire staff were outstanding from start to finish. They were always quick to answer the phone, addressed every question and concern we had throughout the process, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Anytime we were worried about something, they got us in right away. The level of care and attentiveness they showed our son made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Highly recommend them to any family going through the helmet process — they truly go above and beyond.

  My teenage son has had a lot of appointments after finding out he has scoliosis and he commented to me that he has only felt comfortable when he was talking with Kyle. My son felt like he was talking with a real person who cared about him. We have been pleased by the prompt, considerate, and excellent care provided by those at Northwest Orthotics and Prosthetic.

  I'm very happy with my experience getting my baby a helmet here. Russ was very helpful and knowledgeable. The office was clean, front desk was nice, but most importantly my son's head is nice and round now!

  Loved them! My baby needed a helmet for awhile. They were all so nice! Russ is the best! He always answered all my questions. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond! Great experience!
