At The Journey Within, we believe mental health care should go deeper than a diagnosis and a prescription. We are an integrative outpatient psychiatric clinic with two locations in Utah County offering individualized care for anxiety, depression, PTSD, treatment-resistant conditions, and more. Our toolkit includes medication management, ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato, genomic testing, IV vitamin therapy, and modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT. We accept nine insurance plans including Tricare and offer payment plans because cost should never stand between someone and the care they need.
