It was fun, our instructor was knowledgeable, the music and lighting were great, and I walked away feeling amazing and way less tight than when I first walked in.

I’m older (never mind how old, just old enough to know I can’t move the way I used to move) I thought I would do a few classes with her to spend some time with her. Surprise! I love it! Kayla is a wonderful instructor who really wants you to have a good experience and feel better in your own body and your own spirit. The area is new, fresh and very clean. Equipment is provided for you, with exception of mats which can be rented. I REALLY love the scented towels that are wafted above you at the end of class and the cool cloths provided to refresh after class. I splurged on a yoga towel which is a bath sheet sized towel with grips on one side. It helps to keep me from slipping off my mat when I am working hard ( yep, ya get sweaty!). Love it here! Thanks Yoga Six!
