Great atmosphere and the teachers have been very discrete in helping when a student can’t quite get a position which I’ve appreciated. Great spread of classes for different skill levels. Can’t say enough good about the YogaSix in Orem!

- DBDave BiesingerMay 27, 20215.0I am newer to Yoga, but a very fit man in my mid-forties. I got into Yoga for my girlfriend, but I've absolutely fallen in love. Y6 is an amazing studio. Affordable, clean, and well-run. The studio has an excellent sound system and lighting. The entire interior is modern and clean. The instructors are engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. Yoga at Y6 has helped me break through progressions on other exercise not related to Yoga, as seen below. My pulling and pushing strength is better, my squatting and sprints are more powerful. My balance and mobility have improved so much. I can't recommend this enough to people of any fitness level, age, or gender. What are you waiting for!
