They just sat there, scrolling at their phones the WHOLE 20+ minutes I was in there trying out WP glasses and sunglasses the ONLY customer in the store!! Usually at WP places I've been to (CO, SC) have been a friendly, FUN vibe - attitude! Felt like they both AVOIDED me like a plagued here in Orem!! NO eye contact or even a 'Hello, how can I help you?!' What a shame because if they acknowledged me, I could of purchased a couple glasses & sunglasses that I tried on! Won't be going back here again!

I was able to get in Day of, and everyone was so patient and kind. The Doc (Frank?) clearly loves his job. He was very informative and friendly. He made me want to be an eye doctor! And I found a great pair of frames at a great price. Will definitely be there next time!

There were 3 lady's working just standing there talking didn't even like we even existed and it's not a big store.me and my daughter were the only ones who were in there ,we looked at frames for over 15 minutes not even one acknowledgment. I will not be back or recommend this place
