    Dr Mitchell is amazing. Great bedside manner, careful service, and very upfront about pricing. The office assistant that helped us (she totally told me her name and I totally forgot and that makes me so sad because she was truly so amazing — she’s the traveling billing person. Katie??) was so amazing and spent careful time and consideration with us to talk through pricing, quote out different options, and find the best options for us.

    I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Thomas Mitchell! He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything throughout my eye exam in a way that was easy to understand. He even showed me how the imaging worked, which I really appreciated because it helped me better understand my eye health. He also guided me through using my contact lenses and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The exam itself was quick, thorough, and very efficient. I left feeling informed, confident, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients!
