- BBBen BayneJul 21, 20262.0Went in to fill my lens cleaner bottle that was purchased from Oakley and was told there was free refills at Lens Crafters or Oakley. Note I have refilled multiple at this location, and was told straight to my face that I didn't by the store manager. I called customer service and they said yes it is correct they do fill them. Note it's $3.50 and this store manager wanted to argue about it and call me a liar. Yes I'm a senior citizen but no way to treat a customer. Unfortunately she told me to go to Oakley which is 30 miles away. I called them and they said come on down they will fill it. I Googled it right in front of her and it says yes they fill them for free. Corporate says they fill for free, Oakley says come on down. Don't meet very many rude here in Ogden. Very large bottle! Sad Senior
