Doctors are good, not the friendliest but willing to give you all the details of the exam and listen to your concerns even if it doesn't seem like it in the moment. They have a cool machine I have never seen before at other offices. Don't let it being inside a mall make you think it is not as good as the rest.

While she was getting the eye exam done Sarah searched for some glasses my wife might like based on the discussion she has me with her before she went in for the exam. When the exam was finished, my wife was very happy with the pair that Sarah found for her. Since we were there, I decided to get an exam and new glasses as well. ION fit me in as a walk in. I was just as impressed with the Dr and efficient process. Max helped us both from there with proper measurement, ordering and finalizing the sale. He was extremely helpful, very courteous, friendly and competent. Great teamwork all around! Exceptional customer service from Sarah and Max…very much appreciated. Looking forward to when our glasses arrive and visiting the LensCrafters team again.
