  They have cool employees, but there is never anyone at the front desk . Cant get any help , then you will wait at the front desk for 15 to 20 mins befor anyone even helps you. The employees will then just say ,oh dont wait here just find one of us. They are all busy , im simply not waiting around when there should be some one at the front desk doing there job ! This is the 4th time i have had to just leave because im not being helped correctly. We had to call from the parking lot just to get a worker to the desk , and i still wasn't helped correctly with the kiosk. Just a huge waste of my time ... This place always seems to be understaffed , and its not being managed very well. There's no reason someone should not be at the front desk constantly... I haven't had this problem at any other donation center.

  Went in this past week as a new donor. I’ve donated at biomat and bio life. This place is way nicer than both combined. I was greeted by Mahogany. The process was fast and efficient. I got through to the Medical screening area where I once again was greeted by Mahogany. She walked me through my process and showed me what the machines do. The prick of the finger is what I dread the most however I didn’t feel when she poked me. She’s amazing at her job and definitely made my first time there feel welcoming. The other staff members are very friendly as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to donate. Thanks KEDPLASMA for hiring people who actually LIKE their job.

  My wife went in to become a new donor. Brought all the things she needed. When she was in the final exam part the employee who was helping her asked her about breastfeeding. My wife answered that she is breastfeeding. The employee told my wife she is not allowed to donate per FDA. And then proceeded to call my wife a liar since my wife use to donate plasma when we lived in Logan. Saying that she must have lied to the last people. On the Kedplasma website it says that you CAN donate while breastfeeding. And on the website for the last donation place she was at it also said that you CAN donate, after being 6 months postpartum. I simply do NOT appreciate one of the employees accusing my wife of being a liar.

  Their employees are amazing!! Ariel up front is always nice and fun to talk too. Bequin, Sylvia, and Shalie are always phenomenal. Management/supervisors are nowhere to be seen. I have been stuck at 89 percent for the past 45 mins. Needle adjusted multiple times, but the are always too busy. They have four going in and out of the offices. Bryan does an excellent job whenever there is an issue, but the others not so much l.
