  Everyone is friendly and take care of you quickly… it’s helped me with keeping gas in my car and other things.. if you need extra money and can donate I would do so..

  I have been donating for over a year at kedplasma the staff has always treated me great aerial fae Brianne and Tammy is my favorite !! Daniel and a couple other guys forgot there names but today changed I donated last Wednesday. I had a scab on my forearm which was not an open wound !! i came in today was called back and was greeted by Preston Taylor, who accuse me of putting something on my arm to cover it up, which was not true. I explained to him I took a shower and used a loofah. he accuse me of lying to him then i was told I cannot donate there ever again.

  They have cool employees, but there is never anyone at the front desk . Cant get any help , then you will wait at the front desk for 15 to 20 mins befor anyone even helps you. The employees will then just say ,oh dont wait here just find one of us. They are all busy , im simply not waiting around when there should be some one at the front desk doing there job ! This is the 4th time i have had to just leave because im not being helped correctly. We had to call from the parking lot just to get a worker to the desk , and i still wasn't helped correctly with the kiosk. Just a huge waste of my time ... This place always seems to be understaffed , and its not being managed very well. There's no reason someone should not be at the front desk constantly... I haven't had this problem at any other donation center.
