The employee knew his stuff and in spite of a system outage was able to help me.

This place got the job done. I just didn't get the impression that the employees took much pride in their work. A lot of the one star reviews I will say are from a long time ago and it's definitely not bad by any means. I was just kind of hoping they'd tell me more about the supplements and why some were better than others. They just kind of showed me what they had and that was it.

I went there looking for a protein powder. He kept pointing me a specific GNC brand saying it's "clean". It's whey isolate (very processed) with sucralose (artificial sweetener). He then recommended against putting it in milk because milk naturally has sugar. I can understand why a body builder might eat like that, but don't call it clean. That's far away from clean eating. At that point I stopped asking him questions and just looked at the foods myself. It's an average GNC. Not the best, but not terrible either.
