Dr. Blotter and Dr. Robinett did an amazing job with our adenotonsillectomies. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable.

I called in today to cancel my appointment with Dr. Blotter and talked to Hadley. She said "let me put you on hold so I can access your information." Instead, she transferred me over to the fake and disingenuous clinic manager Megan. Nice bait and switch. So dishonest. Megan texted me and left one voicemail prior for an appointment reminder that "we are calling to confirm your upcoming appointment." Nope. That was all about the complaint I made to Megan about the clinic operations and my allergy treatment issues. Another bait and switch. I thought it was going to be a waste of time. The issues seemed systemic to me. Lo and behold, they are. Megan doubled down and said there is a trust issue between the patient and provider. She also said before that that our physicians and workers here do a good job. So with deductive reasoning, who does that leave the blame to? The patient. No duh genius that there is a loss of trust. That isn't the root problem. I already gave you the specific issues I was having. Nice strawman argument there Megan and changing the topic. Nice job not sticking to the root issues. She changed the topic to dodge responsibility. Change specific issues with generality overall sentiment (loss of trust). Feelings. I don't care about the feelings. Stick to the facts. They fail to take any responsibility. It is indeed systemic. I thought they would end up doubling down and they did. She told me "I'm restricting your chart and you have to get my permission to see one of our physicians from me now except if I have an emergency in the next 90 days." Woman, I was calling to cancel my appointment. What makes you think and care to see you guys again? LOL πŸ˜‚. I want to do the exact opposite. You guys have lost all credibility to me. Let's get down to at least one example of credibility loss with this clinic: Cache Valley ENT does Skin Prick Testing (SPT) AND Intradermal Allergy Testing. Study after study have proven intradermal testing to be unreliable and be full of false positives. Well guess what? I redid my allergy testing at Budge Clinic Allergy and Immunology where they refuse to do intradermal testing because of its massive false positive results. Budge did a blood test AND SPT and Dr. Brown clearly stated that studies are showing modern allergy blood testing (IgE levels) just as reliable if not more than the Skin Prick Testing. Comparing the SPT and blood testing for me, we got the same results. Comparing the data to Cache Valley ENT's intradermal testing, we can confirm A TON of false positives. Good job CVENT keeping up with modern medical information. πŸ˜‚. No wonder my allergy shots weren't working. 6 years of time and money wasted. Thanks a lot CVENT. You clearly don't care. It's my problem apparently. πŸ˜‚ This is just one of myriad of examples I confirmed through Dr. Brown and my own research from credible authoritative sources. Bottom line: verify EVERYTHING with your medical care. Never just blindly trust. Goons. 🀑. If you want to go to the circus, go to CVENT. If you want the rundaround go to Cache Valley ENT. If you want to get proper medical care and diagnostics, go someplace else. Go see an actual Allergist and Immunologist. Someone that actually knows what they are doing and can give clear and concise answers. If you want an unprofessionally run clinic that fails to own up to their screwups and blames you, go to CVENT. Forget these clowns. They don't care about you so why should you care about them?

I just had nose surgery done by Dr. Robinett and I can’t say enough good things about him or the surgery. I had quite a bit of work done and he made the process so easy and minimally painful. Dr. Robinett is kind and good at getting to the bottom of an issue. He is also really good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. He is thorough and really cares that his patients get the help they need. I really appreciate what he has done to help me out!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care I received from Dr. Zachary Robinett at Cache Valley Ear, Nose, and Throat. I underwent several surgeries on my ear due to melanoma, which required multiple procedures for reconstruction and proper healing. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Robinett demonstrated exceptional professionalism, surgical skill, and compassion. He takes the time to thoroughly explain each procedure and ensures his patients clearly understand their treatment and what to expect. His ability to communicate clearly and confidently made a very difficult situation much easier to navigate. Dr. Robinett maintains an optimistic and reassuring approach while still being honest and respectful in his communication. He treats his patients with dignity and never talks down to them. His bedside manner is outstanding, and he genuinely takes the time to connect with his patients. In addition, Dr. Robinett has been extremely responsive whenever questions arise. If he is not immediately available, he makes a point to return calls as soon as possible, which reflects a strong commitment to patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Zachary Robinett but you may need to reconsider if you dont have money upfront. The billing at the Cache Valley is an absolute joke! They will call and text non stop requesting payments before and after procedures. They will threaten to report you to credit bureau! The money is more important then the patients! This is why my rating is reduced, because of billing, otherwise it'd be 5. Christopher H
