The overall quality seems to have suffered, with noticeable issues in both the lenses and frames. The lenses are now more prone to scratches, and the frames seem to be less durable, breaking or bending more easily than older pairs. It's quite disheartening to see a pair of glasses I bought years ago outlast newer purchases. Furthermore, the price of their eye exams has become exorbitant, making it difficult to justify returning for services. It's time to explore alternative options that offer better value and quality.
