Harmony Home Health Services

Harmony Home Health and Hospice was established in 1996 and is a locally owned and operated health care facility. The center provides a variety of home care services, including diabetes, pediatrics and wound care. It offers a range of rehabilitation services that include various physical, occupational and speech therapies. Harmony Home Health and Hospice also provides a wide range of home intravenous and infusion therapies. The center offers various personal care services, such as 24-hour nursing care, housekeeping, meal preparation and patient supervision. It additional services include inpatient hospice care, and recovery and bereavement support programs. The center is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and is a member of the Utah Hospice Organization. Harmony Home Health and Hospice is located in Salt Lake City.
