The doctors and staff do great work, and we have been pleased with the results and the quality of the treatment. Unfortunately, the billing side of the experience has been much more frustrating. It has been difficult to get clear information about the total cost of services, and understanding what we would actually be responsible for paying has not always been straightforward. We have also had significant difficulty getting reimbursed from the office once they had been paid by our insurance, which has added another layer of frustration. I would definitely recommend the orthodontic work itself, but I would encourage the office to improve communication around pricing, billing, and insurance. Having clear costs upfront and better assistance navigating insurance reimbursements would make the overall experience much better.
