  Staff was polite, however they seemed to be in a rush to the checkout once frames had been picked. The lady who processed my order pushed me to pay for the additional warranty pretty hard, despite my insisting that an additional $40 per pair of glasses (first time customer so I used their buy one get one offer) was out of the budget for a $283 order after the buy one get one. I work at a computer and really like the blue light filters on my eyebuydirect glasses, so I opted for that on my glasses, and got sunglasses with tint and polarization. Glasses took an entire day, checked out at 5:30ish and got the text my glasses where ready the following day at 5:15. Unfortunately I have to say I'm terribly disappointed in the quality of the glasses compared to my significantly cheaper eyebuydirect frames. The lenses are the thickest I've ever had, and my prescription got weaker from the appt previous, the polarization and tint is also incredibly weak in comparison to my again, cheaper, eyebuydirect frames and lenses, and I'm not even sure the prescription is correct. I'm aware new glasses take some time to get used to, but a splitting headache within 5 min of wear that lingers for an hour after removing the glasses is something that is an entirely novel experience for me. Unfortunately I cannot return these glasses for a refund, only an exchange. For reference, a similar frame style to my primary and sun glasses with stronger tint darkness and polarization from eyebuydirect, without any coupons or discounts was going to be $216. I really should have gone that route.

  Super fast! Super helpful! Great experience every time! Glasses done in 15 min , was not expecting that. Got my second pair for back up for just $10!

  Staff was patient, friendly and very helpful. They told me about the buy one get a frame deal and I was able to get 2 pairs because I couldn't decide. Great selection. It's great to see again!

  Dont try and run in last minute for service. I went in at 5:40 just to see if they could switch out my lenses. I was told "I cant answer your question because im not clocked in. You'll have to ask someone who is clocked in. Customer service isnt the best.
