  I never write reviews. I called to check on a prescription and was hung up on twice before being able to get a word out. When I finally talked to Mike the pharmacist he was rude and condescending. I had one question that would have taken 2-minutes of his time. He was annoyed when he finally had to ask for my DOB to check the prescription, then brushed it aside in a condescending/annoyed tone without explaining anything. He might as well have hung up a third time.

  Staff is great and knowledgeable. It helps that they send you reminders regarding the status of your prescription.

  I really like this pharmacy. I think they are reliable and run very efficiently. They are my go to pharmacy. Plus I love the fuel points, so don’t forget to put your number in. No issues with this location at all.

  Why are the staff such jerks? They never even look me in the eye. My last experience was the worst. I usually do the drive through but went inside this time. I wasn’t sure where pickup was because there was no sign. So I asked the one lady I saw. She said in a stern voice that she’d be right with me but didn’t answer my question. So I moved to the left where I thought pickup was. She said sternly again that it would be right where she was but she’ll be right with me. Then she said, never looking at me once “birthdate?” Still never looking at me she suggested several vaccines. Every word said like a robot and never looking at me. This is how all of the employees act. You are nothing to them. Not human. Not important.
