I’ve been coming here for almost two years and haven’t looked back since day one. My body has changed significantly throughout this journey, and I’m getting closer to achieving my dream physique thanks to Pilates. Highly recommend it!
- CWCamie WebbMar 29, 20255.0I went to such a fun event Shake your Shamrocks put on by Club Pilates! Mat Yoga, Line Dancing and Shake it protien Shake tasting! The workout was awesome, the group of people was just so much fun and of my goodness the shakes were so good! This was a genius idea and event!! Business owners/managers from both Shake it and Club Pilates were sweet, fun and professional! I do not usually love protien shakes and well I Loved them! Healthy and Delicious!! I wish this was closer to Me! But I will stopping by every time I'm in town! Seriously, can't wait to try a few more flavors!! Pistachio Almond total slam dunk! I'd actually buy it buy the bag or mix because it is so good!! Next flavors to try(Pina colada, Samoa, cold brew, lemon with blueberries, sugar cookie, coconut cream, carmel bruele) I'll be back for Pilates and shakes, thank you both Club Pilates and Shake it at Traverse Mountain!

Within a year I was able to flex my ankles farther than I thought possible, deepen my butterfly stretch, and gain muscles I never knew I had. All of the instructors are genuinely friendly and make you want to be there. You have to come try it out for yourself.
