  would like to recognize Sawyer at Target Optical for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, Sawyer was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. She patiently answered all of my questions and addressed every concern I had with kindness and confidence. What impressed me most was her ability to make me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. Sawyer has outstanding manners, a warm demeanor, and a truly caring attitude. She is sweet, respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. In today's world, that level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. I have been a Target Optical customer for many years. Recently, I had an experience with another employee who was unprofessional and rude, and I was honestly considering taking my business elsewhere. Thankfully, I had the opportunity to work with Sawyer before making that decision. Because of Sawyer's exceptional care and professionalism, I will continue to do business with Target Optical. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever received, and she is a tremendous asset to your team.   Keller, Sawyer and Stephanie are excellent with communicating and customer service. Michael Larsen (Optometrist) is excellent at communicating the examination process and explaining the functions of the equipment.

  The worst experience I have ever had with an optical department. The staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional. After multiple visits, I was given more than three different contact lens prescriptions, and every single one was incorrect. Because of their mistakes, I have wasted a significant amount of time, gas, and energy trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me for another exam, even though my eye exam was only two months ago. I expected competent and professional service, but instead I experienced repeated errors, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend Target Optical to anyone, and I will never return.
