Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was so negative that we will not be returning, and we'll be taking our business elsewhere. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was visibly unapproachable and extremely rude. There was zero greeting, no smile, and she checked us in with an outright bad attitude. Things got worse when we tried to browse the frames. She bluntly told us to go wait outside the store. When we stepped back inside to actually look at the selection, she confronted us with the same passive-aggressive attitude, asking what we needed and telling us to sit outside again. She clearly did not want us in the store and acted as though our presence was a bother. It’s a shame because Dr. Larsen did a great job, but customer service starts at the front door. The receptionist completely ruined the experience, and that alone made up my mind. We won't be back.

This is our second year in a row seeing her and I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the practice. She is fantastic! very personable, knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. And she is great dealing with kids! Her staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful!
