I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Dr Jackson. I underwent several root canals that have led to significant complications and the need for further treatment. I have since had to seek care from an endodontist to address corrective issues, as well as an oral surgeon. No patient should have to go through the stress and burden of seeking additional specialists to address problems following treatment. Based on my experience, I am deeply dissatisfied with the care I received and would urge others to do their research and consider seeking a second opinion before proceeding with extensive dental work. I would not recommend this dentist based on my personal experience.

I have been going to Dr. Jackson for several years now. The level of care I have received from his team is exceptional. I was there a few days ago for a routine cleaning and was particularly impressed. The regular hygienist had unexpectedly gone into labor the day before so they were under some stress being short handed. In addition, there was a technical issue with the xray machine but the staff did not skip a beat. They were attentive, personable and worked together to make sure each patient's needs were being met. Dr. Jackson did my cleaning that day, filling in for the hygienist. I was very impressed with the way each of they handled the interruptions that day, although under stress they were still kind and respectful in the way they interacted with each other and made sure each patient still received the care they needed.

“Brett,” as I like to affectionately call Dr. Jackson, is my all-time favorite dentist. He is so awesome at answering questions and explaining, and he does amazing work! Low pressure atmosphere and everyone is so kind in the office! I’ll never go anywhere else!
