Our primary care providers here at Granger Medical Clinic provide preventative care, diagnose and treat many common ailments, and refers to other specialty providers when appropriate. When a patient’s comorbidities require them to see multiple specialty providers, the coordination of care and follow up is often led by the primary care provider.
