- MJMisti JensenAug 6, 20191.0Most of the staff at this Smiths Pharmacy location are very consistent at being extremely rude. My family and friends in the area all agree about the rudeness and at first we kind of had a giggle over how ridiculous it is that they treat people this way. Then came the day that they filled my prescription and gave it to someone else. Yet they could not figure out who they had given it to. As a nurse this is a huge red flag to me as it’s one of the biggest HIPPA violations that I’ve ever witnessed. They didn’t even apologize or try to make it right. They just stood there and stared at me as though I was wasting their time. If that’s not bad enough, it was the last refill on the medication I needed. They told me to contact my doctor for additional refills. As if it was my fault that they gave it to someone else. I for one, am very glad that there are other, much more reasonably priced pharmacies in Herriman now that know the value of customer service.
