- LRLaura Raymundo4 days ago2.0I’m disappointed with how my daughter’s orthodontic treatment was handled after her braces were removed. She had to wait an entire week to receive her retainers, despite how important it is to prevent teeth from shifting immediately after braces come off. What concerns me even more is that when we returned to pick up her retainers, the staff simply handed them to her without checking whether they fit properly or examining her teeth to ensure there hadn't been any movement during that week. After investing so much time and money into orthodontic treatment, I would expect more attention to detail, especially during such an important stage of maintaining the results. I understand that custom retainers can take time to make, but I believe a proper fitting and follow-up examination should be part of the process. Overall, this experience left me disappointed in the lack of care and follow-through.
