Not impressed and in more pain in legs. $2508 for two Strengthers, a maintainer, and a relaxer. See receipt. No shoes are given to purchase or included. There is NO REFUND by the way and is not covered by HSA from what I've learned. The QR code on the back goes to a 404 and then redirect to their main website. The only difference I can see is the plastic insole strengtheners have the most pronounced arch, relaxer with the least. After putting my foot on a Lazer to scan and a pad to notice how I step they noticed that I have a low arch on one foot and high arch on the other. What I find strange is your given matching left right plastic insoles. For myself I found the hard plastic, covered by a thin covering pad, made the base of the feet pads sore and noticed strain just below the kneecap and on the tendons by the outside of the kneecap, upper calf and lower thigh on both legs tender. If you jump or run I think these supports, or plastic foot braces as the salespeople state, won't do an adequate job at cushioning your feet. I'd suggest getting a very good gel impact flat,so as not to change the arch, insole to put over these hard plastic ones as the store rubbers aren't very good in my opinion. Pain has made me scale back to the relaxers for now. If the cushions or fabric covers wear out which reportedly they do you'll have to come back and buy more. Worn plastic inserts are said to be exchangeable for new ones without added cost. I wish at this price point for shoes to be added. Seems the Planet Fitness former council leader CEO is just in it for the money. 💰

Total scam!!!!! I would never recommend this business to anyone. I purchased these insole and was never informed about the return policy on them. When I requested a return I was told that they have a “no return policy”. I said that they never explained the no return policy and kept going around in circles about how these are “medical” equipment when they are cheap plastic insole that are way overpriced. They claim that they are medical orthotics when they are not prescribed by a doctor and none of the workers are specialists or have any medical qualifications. I wore these insoles for a few minutes and experienced excoriating pain. This organization is a joke. While I was checking out I was experiencing pain from the insoles and was told that it was normal. They rushed me through the checkout process with no information about their return policy. I am extremely disappointed and should’ve looked at reviews because a quick google search showed that they are an unethical and irreparable.

Very strange manager, he argued with me as to what was better for me, as if he was an "expert,"as he said he was 😄 vrs. my own knowledge of my own feet, body, and past personal experience that I tried to explain to him, but he did not listen to me. That kind of arrogance and insensitivity has no place in any customer service, and, nor in any medical, orthotic occupation. Turned me off.

The fitting of the insoles for strengthening, maintaining or resting feet was very effective. The pricing of the insoles is very outrageous.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
