- NFNoelle FisoApr 6, 20261.0I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Taylor, one of the pharmacy technicians. He is very rude and not helpful at all. He makes things complicated and makes you feel dumb for asking simple questions. I haven’t had any bad experiences with anyone else but am considering using a different pharmacy because of the multiple times I’ve had to deal with Taylor.
- BEBob EvansOct 25, 20222.0We've been using Smith's Pharmacy for about ten years, and they used to be great and the staff was very friendly. Something has changed recently and not only have they dropped the ball on getting some refills authorized by my doctor in a timely manner, but a couple of their "New" younger staff have been rude on occasion. This same attitude is across the board with the Smith's grocery staff, too.
