- CMChad MMar 14, 20171.0Let me mention a few items first, Dr. Ben is great, his location is nice and clean, and it is extremely rare for me to rate anything below 3 stars. Unfortunately, the person currently in charge of billing is frankly rude and unprofessional. We had a problem with our shift in insurance due to my wife's new occupation and instead of giving us the benefit of the doubt, we were treated like deadbeats. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid this provider until this employee is either reprimanded or removed. It's really a shame because EVERYthing else about this provider is great. UPDATE - the billing supervisor has contacted us with new information and we are hopeful this issue will be resolved and I will update my review accordingly.
